Training and Coaching Packages

Training and Coaching: There are several ways that you and I can work together to make sure you're getting the most out of your life and training. While I specialize in endurance sport coaching (marathons, triathlons, etc) I also can do personal training, weight loss, private swimming/yoga lessons, etc. Because you are unique and have unique goals we will mold the training to be what you need it to be.

Packages: I offer private, small group, and distance training so that you can find what you need in the price range you want. I charge a flat rate with no hidden fees and no extra agendas.

Private training*:
  1. Coaching/Training- $45/hour
  2. Swimming Lessons- $25/ half hour
  3. Yoga- $40/hour


Small Group Private 2-4 people*:
  1. Coaching/Training- $30/person/hour  or  max of $100/hour for a group of 4
  2. Swimming Lessons- $15/person/half hour  or   max of $45/half hour for a group of 4
  3. Yoga- $20/person/hour  or  Max of $60/hour for a group of 4


Distance Coaching/Training via e-mail and web***
  1. Monthly Coaching/Training plans- $125/mo
  2. 6 Month Coaching/Trianing plan- $600

Package deals are available at 10-30% off. Please ask me for more details.

*Loactions for private and small group training will take place predominately at the U of U HPER facilities. Some other locations may be available depending on the training in question.

***Distance coaching/training is intended for individuals who do not live locally or who do not want to meet in person and therefore requires continual communication via e-mail, phone, and skype.
